- Advise the dentist if you do not understand any aspect of your/your family’s care
- Provide accurate information about you/your family’s health issues
- Follow through the plan of care
- Let the dentist know if your dental treatment plan needs to be changed
- Keep appointments with the dentist or let our staff know if you can’t attend
- Respect the rights and property of other patients, staff and the dental practice
