  • Advise the dentist if you do not understand any aspect of your/your family’s care
  • Provide accurate information about you/your family’s health issues
  • Follow through the plan of care
  • Let the dentist know if your dental treatment plan needs to be changed
  • Keep appointments with the dentist or let our staff know if you can’t attend
  • Respect the rights and property of other patients, staff and the dental practice
