Regular Checkups

Regular dental checkups will allow our dentists to do a thorough examination of your teeth and gums, and develop a management strategy for your individual needs.

Gum Health

Our dentists can provide cleaning of the gums and teeth roots to ensure that you keep a good strong bone foundation for your teeth.

Remineralising and Fluoride

Professional application of fluoride and remineralising agents may be recommended by the dentist to help reverse early damage and reharden enamel.

Sealants

Deeply fissured or vulnerable teeth surfaces can be protected with a non invasive resin coat called a fissure sealant.

Dietary Advice

Dietary advice is tailored to your specific needs and eating habits. To reduce sugary or acidic foods or drinks consumed, we look at swapping and other ways to enjoy your favourite foods without damaging your teeth.

Dr Emma says:

While a filling may be necessary once the decay has progressed to a cavity, it is always better to catch it early and reverse it. Fillings do wear out and ultimately need to be replaced; very large fillings weaken the tooth structure and increase the risk of tooth fracture. Your teeth should last much longer and give you less trouble the more tooth is remaining. The strongest tooth is one that has never needed a filling in the first place. Chat to us about preventative strategies that give you the tools and knowledge that hopefully you don’t need a dentist as often for repairs.
