Please assist us by arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to enable you to complete the necessary paperwork.
Medical History Form
To arrange dental treatment tailored to any specific needs you will need to fill in a medical history form.
How long will my appointment take?
Typically, your initial appointment will take approximately 30 minutes and will include a general assessment. Subsequent appointments will depend on the individual treatment requirements.
What if I am late?
Arriving late will limit the length of your appointment. Treatments will finish at their scheduled time as to not disadvantage the next patient.
Cancellations
Should you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.
